Even during this unique time of social distancing and home quarantining, treatment of non-COVID-19 medical cases is still needed. Call now to schedule a Telehealth appointment, or virtual health care visit, with a medical or mental health provider.
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth allows our doctors to communicate with you via phone, computer, tablet or video chat. You and your provider choose the experience. If privacy at home is a concern or access to Telehealth resources is limited, you are welcome to use a private, Telehealth room at select Regional Health Systems' locations to speak with a provider.
What services are available through Telehealth?
Regional offers Telehealth for non-emergency medical appointments such as primary health care services, well visits, pediatrics, family medicine, and more. We also provide mental health care services with counseling, psychiatry and outpatient substance-use treatment through Telehealth.
Unfortunately, at this time, Telehealth services are not available to new clients from Illinois.
Which video chat tool should I use?
For your online health care, the choice is yours. Whether your preference is Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or Google Meet, we can virtually visit with you.
Don’t hesitate. Contact us if you need help. One of our caring professionals will talk to you, give you options for services and even schedule your first appointment. Schedule you video chat or telephone visit by calling 219-769-4005.
